The French HD Division Web site has scored what appear to be concept art images from James Cameron's upcoming top-secret sci-fi epic Avatar. Market Saw apparently confirmed with Fox that the art is genuine~
The one image shows the Power Suit (reminiscent of the Power Lifter from Cameron's Aliens) that is used on an alien world. The other is some kind of aircraft. It's not clear whether these images represent final concepts or early designs~
The 3-D Avatar centers on ex-marine Jake Sully (Terminator Salvation's Sam Worthington), who is torn between duty and honor when he finds himself caught in a battle between the heavily armed forces of Earth's most powerful star-faring consortium and an exotic, noble alien race whose entire world is threatened by the human invaders~
