Word has slipped that Obsidian Entertainment is working on Fallout: New Vegas, a stand-alone follow-up (i.e. numberless sequel) to Fallout 3. No details are available yet, but this is great news considering Obsidian's talent, if not their track record. The company that created Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Neverwinter Nights 2 is where some of the most accomplished creators of RPGs work. The projected release date is sometime in 2010~
