reader Britt Savage (who’s quite an excellent singer, you can check out her tracks at her MySpace page) sent us some pics of her first fashion creation: a dress made out of IRS tax forms! Britt had her husband wrap her in duct tape then cut her out of it for the dress form. She then glued and taped the tax forms to make the dress~
