Todd Black is a producer on the Spider-Man 4 film and while he was being interviewed for the Taking of PElham 123 he was kind enough to answer a few questions on Spider Man 4, and also to raise a few more. Here are the key points that the New York Post picked up on: Kirsten Dunst is definitely signed up for the film. She will be playing Mary Jane once again~ However, the rumor that Mary Jane and Peter Parker will be getting together as man and wife is apparently rubbish, they won't be. The big rumor though? That one about the villain that was borne out of Sam Raimi just winking at the screen as he said vampires are cool? Rubbish according to Todd Black. The villain will not be Morbius the vampire and they're working on who the villain will actually be. In fact he was kind enough to drop them a big hint. “We're just coming up with who the villain's going to be now. We'll be shooting in New York again. Trust me, people will appreciate who we pick, because it'll be a big part of New York.” So take it with a grain of salt but my guess is that the new villian will be The Kingpin~
Wilson Fisk, the man who would one day become the Kingpin, started out as a common thug in the Bronx. He was noticed by one Don Rigoletto, an accomplished crime boss who admired Fisk's sheer brutality and hired him as his primary enforcer.
