Growing Chair lets you get back to your roots~

Most kids like to climb trees, but as we grow older, the thought of scampering up 15 feet to find a comfy branch loses much of its appeal. So to let the rest of us get back to nature, Swiss designer Michel Bussein created the Growing Chair~

By planting four trees under the legs of a hollow plastic frame, they soon grow into a chair like form that get denser and stronger with time. Eventually you remove the plastic, and are left with a chair shaped tree chair that might support a weedy little Swiss guy, if not the average American~
